Registration Process
All the information registers will be safe and the user will be credentialed to access our website.
The user(customer) hereby agrees that

- To update their contact data (email/mobile) if changed to avoid miscommunications.
- To receive login credentials via email only upon registration formality and user is the solely responsible for the usage and conduct of the given service.
Service Usage
The customer hereby agrees that
- Easy Go Live is a neutral provider and does not guarantee SMS delivery times or network availability, as TRAI and telecom operators control the infrastructure.
- The customer sends only valuable and authentic information that doesn’t involve fraud, threat, misleading, or adult content.
- Maintain dignity and patience if the service goes down beyond Easy Go Live's control, and refrain from disrespecting its property or employees.
- Links to external sites on Easy Go Live are not under its control. Users should review their terms and not hold Easy Go Live responsible.
- Easy Go Live never offers a mobile database.
- Easy Go Live has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s service if the user misused the service provided by us.
Payment
- In case of payment failure, Easy Go Live takes no responsibility and the user will be advised to contact their respective bank with the reference ID.
- Easy Go Live doesn’t offer any type of refund.
- The user hereby agrees to pay the full amount in advance online (Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit/Cheque) and the service will be delivered once the cheque gets cleared or money falls into the account of Digimiles in case of NEFT/Cash deposit.
Use of your data
Easy Go Live may use your information for communication, advertising, optimization, and with the governing agencies with whom we have contractual relationships. By using our service and providing your data, you agree to us doing so by this term of privacy and applicable data protection laws.
Easy Go Live has the right to modify the terms mentioned on this page with/without notice to the users. So the users are advised to visit our terms & condition page regularly.
